Here are my favorite recipes that I shared in 2023.
One of my favorite recipes is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I shared the recipe this past year, but I have been making it for a long time. It is hubby’s ultimate favorite cake. The addition of pineapple and raisins along with sweet creamy and tangy frosting make it irresistible.
This Thai peanut chicken dish quickly became a favorite dinner. It is spicy, sweet, and very flavorful.
We bought a container of garam masala and needed a recipe to try it out. Butter chicken turned out to be an excellent choice. Tender chicken in a flavorful, creamy sauce. So delicious!
Turkey broccoli casserole with cauliflower rice is a healthy meal packed with veggies. Cheddar and cream cheese give it just enough creamy, cheesy goodness to make it a hit with everyone.
Chicken sun-dried tomato orzo is another quick, easy recipe using fast-cooking orzo. It is the perfect pasta for a busy workday. This recipe includes colorful veggies and tender chicken.
Five-spice baked sweet potato fries are so simple, yet so incredible. I have been a fan of any and all sweet potato fries for a while, and five-spice powder brings out their sweet flavor while adding a savory element. I am obsessed.
English muffin breakfast sandwiches were the result of using what I have, and it ended up to be perfect combination. I had leftover English muffins and Swiss cheese and decided, what the heck, let’s make breakfast sandwiches! So good.
As the title suggests, whether you need a quick breakfast, a snack, or a sweet treat, apple oatmeal raisin muffins will fit the bill.
So many favorite recipes in 2023. I can’t wait for 2024. 🙂
