There is so much good TV right now. But I am thinking about rewatching a few seasons of Gilmore Girls. Familiarity is comfort.
It’s about to get easier to cancel subscriptions. This subject arose when we tried to cancel a free trial this past week. I remembered seeing this article. The new rule takes effect on March 31.
Thanks to a highly effective vaccine, measles was considered eliminated from the United States in 2000. Given the recent outbreak and one death as of this writing, I think more than a few of us have wondered about our immunity. I was relieved to read that immunity is likely lifetime, and a person is highly unlikely to contract measles once vaccinated.
With the price of eggs, I have been consciously cutting down on our consumption. One place that I am finding difficult is our weekend breakfast. I shared my everyday weekday breakfast this week. Our weekend savory dishes like frittatas, egg bakes, and breakfast casseroles which all involve multiple eggs.
When I was fitting for running shoes a few years ago, I was surprised to be placed in a pair of Asics. Hokas and Brooks seemed to be the “big” brands. But I went with it, and he was right! I have since tried Hokas, and while I love them for walking, I much prefer Asics for running shoes.
A black squirrel was playing with a corncob when I looked out my backyard window. He was plucking off kernels and burying them in the yard. It was so cute!
