Sunday morning, pre dawn, used to be us at the grocery store and me with my weekly homemade latte in hand.
Wearing a mask and drinking a latte don’t mix. So now I am up very pre-crack of dawn at my laptop enjoying my latte. Still nice, actually. This morning was a mocha latte with some cocoa powder, chocolate flavoring syrup, cream and almond milk in my coffee. Freaking delicious!
I am really fond of my current blueberry muffin recipe but Blueberry coffee cake muffins?! Yum.
Potato salad….so many thoughts, variations and opinions. I am making Southwestern style as part of our Sunday dinner.
