I’m not ready for fall. Fall weather in August. It’s weird.
That said, I just walked through our local Farmer’s Market with a coffee topped with pumpkin cold foam. But I bought more sweet corn. Summer and fall collide.
Fortunately, it is still getting fairly warm during the day. But temperatures in the 50s at night!
These calves were enjoying the mild temperatures at a local park. Typically, they escape to the shade of their enclosure midday. Who can blame them? But they were out and about mid-afternoon recently.
So I recently shared a list of some good podcasts, including Home Cooking. What I didn’t realize is that they have released a couple of new episodes since they announced they were done. Better yet, they are coming out with a new season!

I am slowly making my way through Gilmore Girls again. Not a binge. I have actually been at it for a few months. Just every so often, when I want to chill.
After seeing these linen pants from Old Navy recommended all over the internet, I bought a pair. I don’t know how I lucked out, as they have been out of stock ever since. I hesitated as they are out of my norm, but I am glad I went for it. They are wonderful. Flattering and comfortable. I paired them with a white t-shirt, also from Old Navy, and felt stylish. 😉
