Happy Sunday.
Is November still pumpkin and apple season? I keep seeing references to apples and pumpkin spice going away and replaced with peppermint and cranberry. I don’t think so. Pumpkin pie is one of my November essentials. My last two batches of muffins have been cinnamon apple. It is always apple season.
I am ready for a peppermint mocha. I am going to make a homemade version this morning. The secret menu link has some great ideas for customized Starbucks creations.
Green bean casserole is another essential this time of year. I don’t think you can ever go too wrong. I like the fresh green beans and homemade creamy sauce in my version.
These pumpkin brie bites are so adorable!
I am forever on the hunt for ways to get better sleep. I like these realistic strategies. Wearing a sleep mask has helped. It physically blocks the light and seems to signal to my body that it is time to sleep.
Yoga was my entry point into exercising regularly many years ago. As I have gotten older, I find myself looking for a yoga routine more often. Yoga with Adriene and Yoga with Kassandra are both fantastic!
