Happy Sunday.

Our local Day of the Dead celebration is becoming a yearly tradition. Hubby had to get a photo of me with this guy.

Skeletons are the go-to Halloween decoration and I love it! There is a local house that leaves a 12ft skeleton up year-round and dresses them according to the holidays. Adorable.

Everyday habits that can lead to pain. I have been lucky enough to have never needed a physical therapist. This list makes me want to sit up straighter and quit craning my neck to browse my phone.

The most expensive cities for travel based on tourism taxes. San Francisco was no surprise, but I fully expected New York City to be included.

What’s for lunch? The comments are always so good on Cup of Jo. I do a salad every weekday. Some soups would be good to warm me up as the weather gets colder.

I love spicy food but have never liked the green paste wasabi typically served alongside sushi. But I would be very willing to try the real thing.

This is pretty cool and speaks to the longevity of LeBron’s career. I am a fan, but I wish they hadn’t beaten the Timberwolves! 😉

The WNBA season is over; unfortunately, the Lynx fell short of the title. We enjoyed watching the team with all its new players. One of our favorites is Alanna Smith. I finally found the definitive answer to our question about her ever-present ear tape.

Our pampered house cats probably feel their lives disrupted by a home improvement project. Their normally quiet, calm weekdays are pretty noisy for a while. But they seem to roll with it.

Have a lovely weekend.
