Happy weekend.
These random nice days are messing with me.
Earlier this week, it was nearly 60 degrees and sunny. Pretty darn nice for early March. The day had me thinking about shopping for flowers and planting my garden. I am way ahead of myself.
I also can’t wait to go see the baby bison at the state park. The baby bison still need to be born, which doesn’t happen until late April or early May. So there is that. 😉
Not to mention, we are smack dab in the middle of a winter storm watch. With any luck, this is the finale of the season.
The 8 types of potatoes and how to use them. We use a lot of Russet potatoes. They have long been my all-purpose potato. I do really like baby potatoes. I need to make this smashed version again. While I absolutely adore sweet potatoes, Hubby isn’t a fan. Sweet potato fries. *drool*
Now I am hungry for pancakes.
Happiness is a little road trip! Also, looking forward to that road trip is pretty great too.
We were among the very early owners of the first iPhone. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the original. Hubby and I walked out of the Apple Store as fast as we could. We couldn’t wait to get home and set them up.
The Vikings had been quiet in free agency until they signed quarterback Kyler Murray to a one-year deal. He has a lot to prove. Competition is a good thing.
