Happy weekend.

Look at that beautiful tomato!

The remaining tomatoes on the other three plants are all green as grass. It will be at least August before I have any abundance.

Tomatoes like heat, so my plants should be ecstatic this weekend. I will never wish away summer, but the extreme humidity gets old. I am still feeling this squirrel’s vibes.

The late Ozzy Osbourne performing “Crazy Train,” my favorite from his extensive music library. He was a pioneer of hard rock/heavy metal, both with Black Sabbath and his long solo career. I was a young teenager when this video was recorded, and I think it would be hugely popular if it were released today.

This essay on navigating the health care industry with aging parents hits home. I see it every day as a nurse. I also lived it with both of our parents. It’s overwhelming now, and the current administration seems hell bent on further destruction.

As someone who both dislikes the dentist and has had extensive dental work, I am diligent about taking care of my teeth. Brushing, flossing, and using the Waterpik are non-negotiable parts of my self-care. Rinse my mouth after drinking my morning coffee or a Poppi? Got it!

Why do restaurants dim the lights? Because we spend money!

Stretches to help you sleep. I am always open to anything that might help me sleep. I do find a few stretches at night when I remember to do them.
