Bailey, pictured above, wasn’t feeling herself about a week ago. Cats are so good at hiding their discomfort, but I feel like we caught the signs early. We were able to obtain an antibiotic prescription from the vet, as the issue appeared to be the same as it was earlier this year.
I am happy to report she is back to herself. Bailey is a vocal little girl, including singing her lungs out in the middle of the night. We were confining her and Bella to the basement at night to avoid the nightly serenade. Bailey is also a smart girl and managed to find her way around the barricade. They are both free to roam at night, and so far, so good. Bailey has mostly behaved herself. 😉
The garden looks pretty good. These were the first tomatoes to appear, and I expect they will be the first to ripen. Most of us have likely heard never to refrigerate tomatoes, as it changes their texture. However, I would rather refrigerate my ripe tomatoes than let them decompose when I can’t use them all before they go bad.
I saw something about this a while ago, but I thought it was a rumor. It’s true! My husband will attest that I have watched The Devil Wears Prada more times than I can count. Most of the original cast is back!
We are planning to watch the WNBA All-Star game tonight. The Minnesota Lynx have the best record in the league and are well represented in the game tonight.
