Happy Sunday.
We escaped real life and headed away for vacation this past week in Duluth and Hastings. The hot, humid summer weather arrived just in time and we both got a little sunburned, but it was a great time. A couple of days into our time away I told Hubby that vacation for us means lots of walking and lots of good food. It’s the truth!
When we travel somewhere new for the first time, we also have to take in the new sights and attractions of the location. But we have been to Duluth quite a few times and have seen all the typical attractions. So we enjoy the gorgeous location, do a ton of walking, and eat a lot of good food and drink. It’s awesome. More on that later this week. 🙂
I followed some of these recommendations. 😉 We make it a point to drink water and always get lots of steps.

I am watching Receiver on Netflix. Being a football fan, I would probably watch it regardless, but especially excited as Justin Jefferson is one of the featured players. He was unfortunately hurt for a large part of last season.
The Devil Wears Prada is getting a sequel! I have watched the original more times than I can count. I would agree with this wishlist.
The cats didn’t seem to mind a few days to themselves. They were their cuddly selves as soon as we got home.
