It’s time, folks. While I would have loved to believe there would be many more warm days to help the tomatoes ripen, it isn’t happening. A frost was in the forecast, so I decided to bring the green tomatoes inside. It takes a while, but they do ripen in a sunny window. Are they as good as vine-ripened tomatoes? Decidedly not. But they are better than your average supermarket tomato.
Amazon is sharing what it’s learned about us through our purchases. I didn’t think a lot of it was too surprising. Mine reported I like contemporary fiction and working out at home. I buy books and exercise equipment from Amazon, so of course it knows that.
After reading some good reviews, I decided to try Carrie on Amazon Prime. Most of us likely know the story. I read the book way back when and saw the original movie. This version is set in modern times and includes all the pitfalls of social media. I am a couple of episodes in, but so far, so good!
I started tracking my sleep back in August, and it’s been so reassuring. For my entire life, I considered myself a poor sleeper. But my Apple Watch has been consistently telling me otherwise. Maybe I always slept better than I thought. Or I just have changed my mindset. Either way, I love it.
