Happy weekend.
Walks are such a pleasure this time of year. It’s still warm enough to be comfortable, but not so hot that it’s miserable. The trees at a local park were starting to pop their fall colors last weekend.

I can’t remember the last time I had an egg roll. Making egg rolls in the air fryer sounds genius! I would include some finely shredded cabbage and omit the bacon. An egg roll with my favorite stir fry. Yes, please!
Hubby and I will be attending our local No Kings protest later today. This past summer, we attended our first protest. It is out of our comfort zone, but we both feel this is too important to miss.
The yard is full of squirrels this time of year, and I love it. I think the birdbath serves as a watering station for squirrels as much or more than the birds use it.
