Parmesan roasted green beans are a great twist on traditional roasted veggies.

fresh green beans
washed and trimmed

olive oil

salt

tsp
black pepper
freshly ground

parmesan cheese
freshly grated
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the green beans to the baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly with grated parmesan.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender. Serve immediately.
