Instructions
Over medium heat, add the olive oil to a large skillet. Add the ground turkey and sprinkle with salt and pepper Cook, breaking the meat up into crumbles, until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire, and soy sauce, and cook for a minute more.
Add the tomatoes, then stir in the cabbage. Bring the liquid to a simmer and cook uncovered, stirring every now and then, until the cabbage is tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the pan, then cover it to let the cheese melt.
