Instructions
Combine the cabbage, onion, cilantro and jalapeño pepper in a medium bowl.
Combine the lime juice, olive oil, sea salt, sugar, and mayo if using, and stir to combine. Add to the cabbage mixture and stir to thoroughly combine.
