Spray a 8 x 8 square baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the potatoes in the baking dish.
Sauté turkey sausage and all the vegetables in a large frying pan. Stir in the chili powder and cumin. Sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over the sausage and vegetables.
In medium bowl beat eggs and black pepper with a whisk until well blended. Pour over cheese and sausage.
Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Allow to sit a few minutes before serving.
Cut into 4 squares and serve with avocado, cilantro, fresh lime and salsa.
