Instructions
Stir together one tablespoon of olive oil, honey, soy sauce, five spice powder, and garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken to the marinade. Allow the chicken to sit in the marinade while you prep the remaining ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 425℉. Prep a sheet pan with cooking spray, if desired.
Arrange the cabbage wedges. Drizzle with the remaining one Tbsp of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken on the sheet pan with the cabbage. Some of the marinade can be sprinkled on the cabbage.
Roast for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is done and the cabbage is tender. Serve immediately.
